Sears should go ahead and close now. - Customer Service/Repairs


Having issues with Kenmore/Sears now. Now I get why they took the name (Sears) off of the tower. We are fixing what would have been a $260 repair ourselves...paid $65 for someone just to tell us what's wrong. NEVER AGAIN! Not only will I not buy Kenmore/Sears appliances anymore, I will blog (and tell) anyone that I might ever come into contact with to do the same. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic.
